Did you vote today?

I woke up this morning to a few contractions and to Shane sleeping while holding his statal nose spray and Phenerghan suppositories in hand. -- He has another migrane. My OB said I can get out of the house a few times a weeks to do something small and not active. Soooo voting is was!! Shane even rolled out of bed to have his voice heard too. I was really proud he was able to pull himself together for this.
* I remember four years ago, and more importantly eight years ago, I stayed up all night with my dad and mom waiting and waiting on the outcome. I have popcorn in my pantry, hot chocolate in the cupboards, and pumpkin pie in the fridge. I'm settling in for a long stressful night. Ahhh! I hate this! At least we voted, right?!!

I can top that Shane!! I had a kidney stone attack and I crawled to the voting booth in excruciating pain (voted) and then admitted myself to the emergency room. I wonder which will be worse the pain of the stone or Obama if he wins? The meds really took away the misery. I wonder, if Obama wins can they extend the prescription for another 4 years? More cowbell. Voted YES on Proposition 8!!!!!
Truly you are AWESOME!!!!

Good For You Guys! That's funny that you mentioned the popcorn and hot chocolate idea while watching the election. I was just downstairs watching it on tv...with some popcorn and debating on whether or not I should have some hot chocolate, too. Great minds think alike!

Oh, and I love your guys' Halloween costumes. VERY cute. And I'm so excited for you to have your little girlies! Keep us updated!

I was planning an all nighter also, but after Obama won Ohio... I turned it off. I was really getting sick to my stomach. I guess I sort of figured the outcome at that point. Now all we can do is PRAY a lot for our Country and its new leader. He needs our prayers. I am nervous for our Country but have faith in the Lord and I know this is the Promise Land. WOW, this is not the outcome I hoped for. Anyways, I better stop... I might get hate mail if I say anymore;)

I'm soo proud of you both! Good job, and your Uncle Preston is the BOMB!! I passed a kidney stone one time, and let me tell you, it wasn't pleasant. I imagine it's much worse for a man considering where it has to pass through and all*^#! Love, Mom

I don't know her, even though I feel like I do. I have looked at her blog a few times from yours and she is so sweet. There is a few people that I look at from yours and its like I have known them forever. Its really strange, I know. Well, sorry if I am over stepping my boundaries. Anyhow, I hope you are doing good. I can't wait for you to hold your precious little girls, I am so excited for you. Good luck with everything and hang in there. Talk to you soon.
