I was so excited to take the girls to the Zoo that I wouldn't stop talking about it. On the way up they kept talking about the "Zoooo" I know it was only because they could sense my excitement as they really didn't know what the zoo was all about. Once we got there I forgot how much I actually hate the zoo! It's an awfully sad place and I do not miss it one bit. Those poor animals, right? Anyway my focus is not on how sad it was but more on how much fun the girls had. Lindsey loved the elephants and Ashton got a major kick out of the Tigers (funny too because that was the first animal sound she ever did) They both loved the crocodiles!!!
Dinosaur sippy's were such a hit. I almost bought one crocodile and one dino but I have learned the hard way NEVER to buy two different things. So from now on it's two of the same thing always!

Linny really really wanted this peacock to be her friend. We chased it around for a little bit and I do believe Lindsey laughed the hardest at that moment than the whole day.
Oh boy is this not funny? They were so tired when we got back to the car. In fact just after I snapped this shot Ashton's bottle fell right to the floor and she was a goner.
P.S.
We went to Cabella's the next weekend and that was more fun than the zoo. Go figure. There was air conditioning, animals they could actually touch, animals that wouldn't run away from them, and they got to see BEARS! Of course I didn't have the heart to break it to them that they were all dead.... no, no especially not after Linny told me they were so "nice and happy to her". LOL

I hate the zoo here in utah or any where for that matter! I feel like the utah zoo is soo tiny and I dont ever want to go back....well with that said your kids are the cutest ever I read your blog and crack up and think of cari and I when we where there age! They do the cutest things ever and I cant wait to have my own babies some day!
We took Vander to the zoo for his first time also! He loved it! (Which I will be posting soon as well:)It was so fun to watch him! It was special to me cause I remember going to that zoo when I was little! I know I already told you but I think it's funny that we also took Vander to Cabela's! It's so fun to see their reactions to things isn't it?! I love how you have to buy them the same exact thing and not two different ones! I guess you learned! Cute post!
