I've finally made my decision...

I'm Going to make my Blog Private!

I've put some serious thought into this. It was a very hard decision for me because my blog has brought me back in touch with so many friends I've lost contact with. So for that I am grateful. I have also really enjoyed some of the "anonymous" comments people have left or others who start out writing "...you don't know me, but..." and to be honest I don't really know how to say this but the truth is I cannot believe how many people have been touched or inspired by this pregnancy of mine. At times I've been amazed to come back to my blog to find so many sweet, unbelievable comments. I'm shocked by how many people comment and even cry. In the beginning of pregnancy I had 60-70ish people comment about a few posts and sometimes I still go back and read the kind words. It's been so captivating and seriously humbling. It's crazy to me how some of you REALLY did help me through your words. I've even made some friends through this experience. My mom is so cute and proud to share the blog address. She tells most all her clients to 'check my daughters blog' and my dad shows people at his office my growing belly progress. Now that our baby girls are arriving this week, I've finally decided now would be the best time to go private. I don't mind any and all people who'd like to continue checking our blog. Which brings up another point. I was talking with Shane tonight and said, "...doesn't it defeat the purpose of going private if you send an invite to everyone who leaves their email?" He said not really because being private will stop the 'crazies' from google-ing our names and such. Good point. Also, I know there are certain few people who check my blog and don't want others to know that they do; so you can send your email address to my email:
Otherwise, to all the rest of you, please leave us your email address in the comments below. Thanks! Merry Christmas and Wish us luck! We have 3 Dr. appts. this week and we're beyond excited! My emotions are running everywhere and I have zero words to describe this feeling!! I'm sure in my next post I'll be holding these little ones instead of hosting them in my belly!!!!

Truly,
I, as well as hundreds of others, would love to continue reading your story! I don't think you know me. I went to school with your sis Rachel. We even went to Hawaii together! Love your sis! And now her kids and my kids go to the same school! So I do get to see her every now and then. I found your blog through my cousin Cari Rooney, one of your friends! So we do have "people" in common. Would hate to miss out on seeing those babies of yours and hearing your great, scary, wonderful stories!

Your story has really touched me and I'd love to be able to continue reading and to learn about your baby girls. You and your husband are so strong and seem like such wonderful, deserving people. Good luck with everything ~Laura lwlook@yahoo.com

Hey Truly,

I'd love to keep reading your blog. We were pregnant together & due about the same time & I loved coming to your blog to read your words of inspiration! Prior to our pregnancy, we had a miscarriage so I shared some of your fears & reading of your faith was a strength to me! Thank you! Rob & I were blessed with our baby girl, Quinci Kate, on December 16th. You have been in my thought & prayers! I hope all is well!

Hey, I've been meaning to tell you that I finally had an appointment with doctor Richards. And I must say, he is one of the smartest people I know. I would love to chat with you about the fertility stuff, seeing as I don't completely know what to expect. I know you're adjusting to motherhood, so email me when you have a minute. It sounds like you had them on my Birthday. And they both weighed the same as me and my brother. Truly, I am so excited for you and can't wait to see pics of what your cute family has been up to during the holidays.

I actually don't know you either but my husband Trey knows your husband. I came across your blog when I googled Dr. Richards looking for a picture of him. I wanted to show my sister what he looked like because we are seeing him too. A picture of him and your husband came up so I clicked the link to your blog and I read all about your story with in vitro. We haven't done it yet but we will be in February so your blog helped me to understand what I'd be going through. Congratulations on the twins, I'm really praying that we can at least get one! My email is jwoo42@hotmail.com if you want to send an invite. If not, no harm done.

Hey my name is Jennise. I love your blog and your name. Are you from Arizona? My husband and I lived there while he was going to ASU. I hope that you delivered beautiful, healthy babies. Motherhood is nothing anyone can describe to you. The feeling is amazing and everything, stretchmarks and all are well worth it. I would love to see how things are going. We live in Colorado and my blog is www.colambfam.blogspot.com. Not that you have time. I actually know Janelle Frampton and I found their blog through yours. Thanks for sharing your experience, you are amazing! Much love.
